Leadership Coaching
PDMH offer a leadership coaching programme consisting of a combination of tailored workshops and individual coaching. The programme consists of enabling participants to understand effective leadership, the difference between management and leadership and the roles of effective leadership.
Participants are also supported is using formulation skills to provide effective leadership and to reflect on interpersonal processes involved in leadership. In addition, we can offer mentorship to new managers and supervise prospective leaders.
