Facilitating Effective Meetings



PDMH consultants are experienced in developing a culture conducive to productive meetings and facilitating effective meetings with clear outcomes.  Our consultants can provide an analysis of meetings to identify obstructive group processes and facilitate remedial action in order to improve the efficacy and culture of meetings. 

 

Training can be provided to help the Chair of meetings have a clearer understanding of the role of the Chair, be more aware of group processes within the meeting, be able to adequately prepare for meetings and ensure goals are established and boundaries maintained.  Training can be provided in conflict resolution in team settings and, if required, we are able to facilitate difficult meetings.
