Designing and Developing New Services and Policies

PDMH Consultants have considerable experience in all stages of creating new services.  Our staff can assist in developing initial ideas and also facilitate the design and development of a complete service.  We work with our clients to maximise their contribution to the process to ensure complete satisfaction with the end product. We know the importance of managing these processes to allow all stakeholders to contribute and develop ownership of the project.

During project implementation we work collaboratively with clients to  develop new policies, support staff through training and mentorship programmes, provide a holistic, clinical and management framework to work within and we can provide  on-going supervision if required.

PDMH Consultancy can also advise organisations which need to implement change as a consequence of new legislation or simply wish to upgrade their current practices.  Small changes to working practices can often significantly enhance service delivery and our consultants can aid clients in identifying strategies to implement change management that is necessary for addressing either new legal requirements or service improvements.  Inevitably, changes or improvements to services often require some policy amendments.  We can assist in any consultation process and in the development of policy changes where required.

Please feel free to contact us to discuss how PDMH Consultancy can help in the context of your organisation's needs.
